Fromm International is hiring an Inside Sales Manager as part of its growing sales team. The person hired for this new position will define and implement the company's telesales program to reach its existing rep-served customers and its many identified prospects. The right candidate will begin with a large base of existing customers with existing business and become a part of the exciting growth of this beauty industry leader.
To the right candidate Fromm offers:
- Base + bonus with 1st year on-target earnings of $55,000-$65,000/year
- Uncapped bonus potentional
- A national base of existing customers
- Repeat sales from customers as you build relationships
- Aggressive marketing and customer service support
- Team approach with dedicated marketing and IT support
- Health and dental insurance
- Two weeks vacation
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a plan for building a telesales function at Fromm
- Outbound calling and call management to smaller US customers and prospects
- Identifying opportunities with customers
- Coordinating sales activities with outside reps
- Managing customer lists and customer data
- Training others in telesales
Requirements:
- College (four year) degree preferred
- 3+ years of business sales experience
- Telesales experience preferred
- Beauty industry experience helpful but not required
